Agile Delivery Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Specialist to lead cross-functional teams in the implementation and ongoing support of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) initiatives.
This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery. The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise and can effectively coach teams to ensure alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
• Partnering with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and refine user stories
• Tracking sprint health and managing scope
• Identifying and removing impediments
• Coordinating cross-team dependencies
• Promoting flow efficiency by limiting WIP and reducing blockers
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of improving velocity predictability, reducing defect leakage, and managing dependencies. They should also have proficiency in Jira (boards,filters,dashboards), Confluence (documentation), CI/CD awareness (Git,Jenkins,GitHub Actions,Azure DevOps), Scrum certifications (CSM or PSM I / PSM II),and solid eCommerce domain knowledge including catalog pricing promotions checkout payments tax shipping returns Order Management Systems OMS Key Responsibilities include coordinating SFCC integrationsO MS payments SEO content analytics project leadership budget planning execution progress monitoring risk management quality assurance team collaboration technical oversight API architecture payment gateways CRM enterprise systems work SFCC Business Manager configurations as neededRequirements,
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
