Requirements:
* Ability to solve university-level questions in at least one of the following subjects:
* HTML / CSS
* React / Angular
* Node.js / Express
* Database Management (SQL / NoSQL)
* Student or graduate of a university program that includes at least one of these subjects
* Computer with internet access
* No criminal record
