**Discover the Opportunity**
The main purpose of this position - as a part of the department Digital Transformation (DT) - is to manage the commercial services of the functional providing shared services for RHI Magnesita.
**Activities**:
- Cost related coordination and support of the services of DT:
- preparation and support of cost planning
- support of budgeting of primary costs and service calculation
- support of cost collection, allocation, monitoring and reporting
- monitoring and reporting DT expenses (OPEX and CAPEX) highlighting the main topics
- CAPEX process documentation
- Coordination of the contract management regarding data privacy (EU GDPR, BR LGPD,)
- keep the overview of contracts (DPAs, TOMs) for global DT services and related sub-contractors
- timely trigger the update of contracts on demand
**Required knowledge and skills**:
- Degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Administration, Finance and Controllership.

- Knowledge in control and budget
- Fluent English is a must!
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge with SAP is a plus.
