Senior Project Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our technical projects from initiation to closure.
* Leverage your expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies to drive project delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA professionals, and business analysts to develop and execute project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation.
A proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering complex projects is essential. Experience in the Oil and Gas industry and prior experience in consulting roles or possessing a consultative mindset are highly desirable.
Key Qualifications
* Fluent English communication skills, accompanied by a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, focusing on application software development within an Agile environment.
* Demonstrated hands-on development or coding experience, as well as a proven ability to manage teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
