Our team supports customers in various regions, ensuring seamless delivery of services. The Role: * We seek an individual with expertise in learning delivery management to join our Operations team. Responsibilities: * Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine session requirements. * Initiate and manage session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed. * Organize sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability. * Collaborate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in training events. * Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing. * Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools. * Maintain Learner Support Level 2. Requirements: * Minimum 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and operations. * International work environment exposure. * High-level understanding of the training landscape. * Customer service-oriented approach is essential. * Team player with excellent communication skills. * Attention to detail, structured, and organized, with prioritization capabilities. * Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems. * Familiarity with Cornerstone or other LMS platforms is advantageous. * Fluency in English is mandatory. * Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint.
