The system is already in production, and your primary responsibilities will be to fix existing bugs, build new features, and optimize performance.ResponsibilitiesDebug, maintain, and enhance the existing application.Design and develop new features across the stack (backend and frontend).Collaborate with product and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery of updates.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.Participate in code reviews and propose technical improvements.Requirements5+ years of full-stack development experience.Strong proficiency with Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL / NoSQL), and cloud environments.Experience with version control (Git) and CI / CD pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.English : C2 level (written and spoken) for daily communication.Located in Brazil with the ability to work remotely.Nice to HaveExperience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and monitoring tools.Prior experience in scaling or refactoring existing systems.Compensation & Benefits20,000 BRL / month .Fully remote position.Flexible work hours with a results-driven culture.Opportunity to work on a live, evolving system with real users.
