About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-reliant individual to join our team as an IT Support Analyst. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing remote computer and IT system support to employees in Brazil.
You will work with a wide range of technology and must be adaptable to tackle various technical issues. This role requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented mindset and the ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a larger team.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
 * Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues.
 * Ensure timely updates on ticket progress to customers.
 * Work remotely with customers to resolve problems.
 * Utilize internal IT knowledge base to provide and find solutions to known issues.
 * Research and resolve issues using external information when necessary.
 * Regularly update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes.
 * Escalate issues to relevant parties as required.
Requirements:
 * Associate's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent program, or proven track record of IT experience.
 * Knowledge delivering IT solutions in corporate/enterprise environments.
 * Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments.
 * Desirable: Experience in Advertising and/or Marketing industry, centrally managed computer environments, and A/V environment support.
