As a seasoned talent acquisition expert, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top-tier candidates for our high-impact searches in Technology and Financial Services.
The role involves a blend of deep research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting for select mid-level roles. Your expertise will be crucial in building and managing strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches, conducting structured research, and utilizing various tech tools to drive results.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work comfortably in an ambiguous environment. A bias for action and strong ownership mindset are essential qualities for this position.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with 3–7+ years of experience in research, consulting, finance, tech, or similar fields. Experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services is a strong plus. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, with Native Portuguese a must and Spanish a strong plus. A Bachelor's degree is required, and remote work arrangements can be made for the right candidate located in Brazil, preferably in São Paulo, SP.
