Job Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management of new business demands and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, alignment with stakeholders, and seamless integration into the existing landscape.

New Demand Management:
Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools, working with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery.
To achieve this, the Senior Project Manager will need to possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, they will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a senior role
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
