Requirements:
* Knowledge of Office Package
* Social media skills
* Experience in customer service, assistance, and sales (face-to-face)
* Availability to work on Saturdays
* Ease with systems and quick learning
* Experience in sales is a plus
* Good communication and proactive attitude
Responsibilities:
* Perform laser depilation procedures following company guidelines
* Customer service, appointment scheduling, and clarifying doubts
* Sales and renewal of packages
* Opening and closing cash register
* Guide clients on preparation for procedures
* Attend clients in person, via phone, and WhatsApp
* Schedule sessions, verify and confirm appointments
* Update client data and manage leads in the system
* Assist clients with check-in and digital contract signing
* Request client referrals
* Explain payment options
* Negotiate debts when necessary
* Open support tickets for administrative departments

Educational requirements:
* Complete or incomplete graduation
* Complete Technologist degree
* Technical education in Aesthetics, Biomedicine, Nursing, or related health fields
Language: Advanced Portuguese
Technical skills:
* Intermediate social media skills
* Training provided for laser equipment
* Customer service
* Proficiency with systems and learning
* Experience in sales
* Intermediate knowledge of IT and Office Suite
* Specialization in Aesthetics
