Lead Marketing Strategist
We're seeking a forward-thinking Lead Marketing Strategist to spearhead the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets.
* Owning and prioritizing the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives is key to this role.
This involves translating business needs into actionable features, ensuring timely, value-driven delivery through agile ceremonies.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM.
A strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management is essential for this position.
Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms – is also highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese are required.
Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is an added advantage.
