Latin America - The Latin America Region of Teleflex is headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina, and supports our customers, distributors, sales managers, and specialists in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and Puerto Rico. The Latin America Region sells a broad spectrum of medical devices and related products in the fields of vascular and interventional access, surgical, anesthesia, cardiac care, urology, emergency medicine, and respiratory care. Position Summary
Drive business in your territory within the Teleflex portfolio. Manage relationships with customers, aiming to grow business. Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities.
• Manage territory performance to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas
• Work with dealers to increase sell-out and demand generation
• Provide training to dealers and conduct team field visits
• Support distributors with comprehensive knowledge of vascular procedures, products, and competitors in the territory
• Develop and maintain key relationships with territory and distributor networks to grow revenues
• Assist distributors in identifying sales opportunities for assigned territories and product lines
• Develop sales plans and strategies for territory activities
• Maintain close contact with key customers to continually determine their needs
• Support marketing department activities
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, training courses, and symposiums
• Analyze customer data for monitoring the sector and propose improvements
Education / Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of proven sales experience in a related environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel 60% of the time
• Basic proficiency in CRM/Salesforce, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
