The ideal candidate will work in a consolidated IBM i (AS/400) environment, collaborating closely with business and technology teams to develop, maintain, and support mission-critical insurance applications. This is a 100% remote opportunity offering exposure to complex legacy systems, modernization initiatives, and core insurance processes. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the AS/400 (IBM i) environment. Perform programming and development using RPG III, RPG IV, and/or RPG Free. Conduct functional and technical analysis of business requirements related to insurance operations. Troubleshoot incidents and provide support for core enterprise systems. Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders. Participate in continuous improvement and modernization initiatives for existing legacy systems. Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to development standards. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with AS/400 (IBM i) systems. Solid expertise in RPG programming (RPG III / RPG IV / RPG Free). Experience in application maintenance and support within legacy environments. Ability to analyze technical and functional requirements independently. Good communication and collaboration skills. English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
