Job Description
As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning through execution and completion. This role sits at the nexus of business, product, and engineering teams – translating priorities into actionable plans, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position for an individual who thrives in ambiguous environments, navigates complexity with ease, and keeps teams aligned and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
