Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to validate functional and technical requirements, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* Design, configure, test and deploy applications, applying best practices and standards-based approaches to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform, utilizing your expertise in Force.com Apex & Lightning Web Components.
* Test-driven design, unit testing for quality control assurance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Client-facing activities and engagement (solution definition, estimations, and POCs), providing clear and concise communication to stakeholders.
* Author artifacts related to requirements specifications and client-facing design deliverables, presenting complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
* Best practices approach to performing bug resolution, enhancements, and operational support as needed, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
* Continuous learning for application design, best practices, and standards-based approaches, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
* End user engagement activities related to troubleshooting for bug fixes and enhancements, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience developing on Salesforce platforms and experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
* Certification of Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or higher.
* Proficiency in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and web services (REST and/or SOAP, JSON & XML).
* Direct experience consulting on CRM projects for small market and mid-size companies, with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles.
