As a business systems analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization's technology systems are aligned with its strategic objectives. This involves analyzing business needs and requirements to design, configure, and implement effective solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations. You will also be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Requirements Elicitation & Translation
 o Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate these into actionable specifications for Salesforce implementation.
 * Business Process Analysis
 o Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for leveraging Salesforce features to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
 * Solution Design & Configuration
 o Work collaboratively with IT and stakeholders to design and configure Salesforce solutions that meet the organization's goals and objectives.
 * Data Analysis & Reporting
 o Collect and analyze business data to create actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
 * Testing & Training
 o Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users have the skills necessary to effectively use Salesforce solutions.
 * Stakeholder Collaboration
 o Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
 * Continuous Improvement
 o Monitor solution performance and gather feedback to identify areas for ongoing optimization and improvement.
Requirements:
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management.
 * Ability to write clear and concise business cases, create wireframes, and develop flow diagrams.
 * Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
 * Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Apex, SOQL) is advantageous.
