The JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE) developer is responsible for creating enhancements, reports and interfaces using the JDE developer toolkit.
This role serves as a subject matter expert resource for JDE development, supporting processes and implementing improvements. The JDE developer ensures appropriate controls are in place and integrates data for decision makers to support IT and business activities.
Responsibilities:
 * Serve as a subject matter expert developer for JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE) functionality, content, processes and procedures.
 * Gather business requirements and implement a global standard design for the Global Systems Implementation of JDE enhancements and reports.
 * Assist with the design and implementation of operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities are effective and efficient.
 * Ensure JDE development deliverables are completed on time and bug free.
 * Based on detailed requirements, analyze business needs, create appropriate functional and technical designs, develop programs and perform testing to ensure quality of deliverables.
 * Ensure JDE programs are compliant with client IT policy and build plans to enforce compliance with user management processes.
Requirements:
 * Technical knowledge of JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.1 or higher including application configuration and development.
 * Experience with JDE Localization implementations preferably for LatAm countries.
 * Strong financial analysis and issue resolution skills.
 * Experience working with team members and third-party vendors to integrate with SaaS solutions.
 * Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies.
 * Financial and business acumen awareness of management and analysis processes.
 * Strong PC skills including experience using MS Office products especially Excel.
 * Excellent organization and verbal communication skills.
 * Experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations.
 * Experience working with off-shore or remote development/support teams.
 * Fluent in Spanish and English.
 * Availability to work CST timezone.
Desired:
 * Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology Engineering or related field.
 * Understanding of integration with Identity Management solutions.
 * Moderate level proficiency with Microsoft Visio or Lucid.
 * Intermediate SQL query skills.
