Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.
On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We've been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

**Position Summary**
Recruitment SR Analyst can execute and managing the recruitment and selection processes, according to the times and procedures linked to the LATAM markets. It must also manage the needs based on the requirements of the area.
**A day in the life of...**
The SR Recruitment Analyst can manage the recruitment processes and developing selection strategies based on the agreements linked to the LATAM markets. It can manage the organization and work processes in time.
NBS Latam is a dynamic and challenging place to work at. As an Recruitment SR Analyst, you will be responsible for support the E2E Recruitment process flow, based on Policies and Procedures. Additionally, guarantee analysis of KPIs looking forward to solving any issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
**What will make you successful**
- Previous experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition;
- Desirable previous experience managing recruitments for areas of Marketing, social media, digital, technology and similar areas;
- Expertise to deal with managers and executives;
- Desirable Intermediary Spanish;
- Advanced English;
- Good communication, organization, proactivity;
- Experience in managing work teams;
- Knowledge of search engines such as LinkedIn (Recruiter) and others ATS
- Having worked with Employer Brand will be a differential
- Intermediary Excel
- Stakeholder Management.
