Yes, please.If you are a manager of one, friendly, hardworking, thoughtful, and you care deeply about doing great work, then you'll do just fine here.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Backend Engineer to take ownership of a Salesforce integration, enabling a seamless bidirectional data flow between Salesforce and our client’s core platform.Required Qualifications- Strong English communication, writing and verbal.- 5–8+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally with Python (FastAPI or Flask) and AWS services.- Strong experience integrating with Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming, or GraphQL).- Understanding of OAuth2 flows, webhooks, and event-driven synchronization patterns.- Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures, data security best practices, and rate limit management.- Experience building resilient, scalable backend systems using cloud-native infrastructure (AWS Lambda, Databricks, DynamoDB, etc.).What We Offer- This will be a PJ hire with competitive pay in USD.- 100% remote work.- Supportive environment with 1-1 mentoring and group knowledge sharing sessions.- International experience working with leading startups in North America.Bonus Qualifications- Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange packaging or managed app development.- Experience with other SaaS integrations (HubSpot, Gmail, Slack).- Experience with data pipelines, enrichment, or analytics systems (We use Databricks)- Previous startup or SaaS platform experience.
