to join our team.
In this role, you will provide essential technical support for Java-based applications deployed on AWS infrastructure, including those utilizing serverless architectures.
You will directly assist both internal teams and external customers who use our software, helping them resolve technical issues, understand application functionality, and achieve success with our products.
The salary range is 2,300 USD to 4,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.
Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered.
Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered.
The role is 100% Remote ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in Java-based applications, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.Provide direct technical support to both internal users (such as customer service, sales, and operations teams) and external customers, assisting them in resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring their successful use of our software.Monitor application health and performance, proactively identifying potential issues and recommending improvements.Clearly document troubleshooting procedures and solutions, contributing to a comprehensive knowledge base for internal teams and external customers.Communicate effectively with internal and external users, providing timely updates, clear explanations, and professional guidance to ensure satisfaction and productivity. Requirements: Strong proficiency in reading, understanding, and debugging Java applications.Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure, including familiarity with serverless architecture concepts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, and CloudFormation.Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator).
