Senior IT Service Management Professional
We are seeking an accomplished Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the development and enhancement of our IT service management platform.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
* Design, Develop, and Implement Complex ITSM Solutions
* Configure and Customize ServiceNow Applications and Modules
* Lead Development of Integrations between ServiceNow and Other Enterprise Systems
* Collaborate with Stakeholders to Gather Requirements and Translate Them into Technical Solutions
* Mentor Junior Developers and Provide Technical Guidance
* Ensure Best Practices in Coding, Testing, and Deployment
* Foster a Culture of Code Reuse and Collaboration
* Perform Upgrade Testing and Validate Customizations, Configurations, and Integrations
* Develop and Maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) Test Suites
* Troubleshoot and Resolve Platform Issues
* Maintain Documentation for Development and Configuration
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITSM.
* Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
* Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA).
