Job Overview
* We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead our project teams and ensure high customer satisfaction.
* The successful candidate will have experience in managing delivery for key customers across multiple technological tracks.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to foster a collaborative and productive work environment, and ensure regular updates to customer stakeholders.
* Key responsibilities include conducting MBRs and QBRs, achieving high customer delight, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Job Responsibilities
* Project Planning and Management:
o Work closely with customer stakeholders to ensure the project scope is well understood and documented as per defined standards.
o Manage and lead teams across technologies, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Risk Management:
o Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks effectively.
* Quality Control:
o Work with PMO to ensure quality control procedures to ensure high standards in delivery.
* Customer Satisfaction:
o Act as a delivery point of contact for Customer, understanding the Customer, managing expectations and ensuring highest customer satisfaction.
o Service/Project Review meetings with Customer and Management.
* Process Improvement:
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Performance Management:
o Establish and monitor KRAs and KPIs as performance metrics for team members.
* Resource Allocation:
o Support hiring the right resources for various tracks as the roles get identified by working with TAG teams.
* Financial Management:
o Ensure SOWs are signed and Invoices cleared on-time by working with finance teams and the customer stakeholders.
* Communication:
o Continuously work with individual members in the project teams and ensure their contributions are made visible to customer in terms of activities/stories/Jira Tickets as applicable on a weekly basis and obtain continuous feedback on the performance of the teams and course correct as needed appropriately.
* Sales and Marketing:
o Work with customer stakeholders, identify the opportunities, proactively create proposals with efforts, solutioning and financials.
Requirements
* Technical Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of multiple technological tracks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
