Job DescriptionAs a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by any international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to the relocation to Sweden for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, arrangement of housing, you name it - we fix it! Our clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities
Identify and engage engineers with the potential to relocate to Sweden.
Communicate the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with candidates.
Coordinate with a global recruitment team and Swedish management to support relocation logistics.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT engineers and ensure a smooth relocation experience.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution.
High quality and brand awareness.
Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
Upper intermediate English.
Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.
Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close recruitment requests.
Self-confident, social, outgoing with self-motivation.
Resilient, able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Passionate about success with a professional but relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
Responsive and responsible, with a presentable appearance.
Details
Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
