Hotel Account Manager Position Overview
The key role of this position is to serve as a liaison between Keytel's management team and independent hotels, fostering strong business relationships and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
* Build trust and rapport with hotel clients to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth.
* Orient inventory and availability to maximize competitiveness and conversion rates.
* Negotiate agreements to optimize pricing and ensure maximum profitability for assigned hotels.
* Analyze demand data and booking trends to inform product development and alignment with agency network demands.
* Provide expert advice on online marketing and direct sales strategies.
* Identify opportunities for new products, offers, or services in collaboration with department heads and the Business Acceleration area.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Education in tourism or a related field.
* Excellent customer orientation and negotiation skills.
* Advanced proficiency in English.
