Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Perform deboning and cutting according to guided procedures;
* Clean meat cuts from beef, pork, and poultry;
* Assist customers and provide guidance on meat cuts;
* Manage expiration dates;
* Organize stock and cold chambers;
* Package, seal, and pack meats;
* Price the assortment in the section;
* Arrange product displays in the butcher section;
* Conduct weekly and quarterly inventory of the sector.
Requirements and Skills
* High School diploma completed;
* Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and routines;
* Good communication skills and excellent customer service;
* Knowledge in meat cuts is a plus.
