Blockchain Engineering Leadership Position
Pointsville is seeking a skilled and experienced Blockchain Engineering Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of software engineers. This role involves driving execution, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture that delivers reliable, scalable, and high-quality products aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring timely releases.
* Partner with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Product Manager to translate product roadmaps into engineering execution plans.
* Manage delivery timelines, resources, and technical dependencies to guarantee successful project outcomes.
* Identify and remove blockers proactively to ensure team productivity and alignment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 7 years of software development experience, including 6+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
* Knowledge of blockchains such as Ethereum and other blockchain platforms is preferred.
* Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) trading is an advantage.
* Software engineering background in frontend and backend services development.
* Understanding of microservice architecture and cloud-based deployments.
* Experience with modern software development practices such as infrastructure as code, test automation, CI/CD, and containerization.
* Proven success in leading technical teams through the full product lifecycle in Agile or startup environments.
* Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to balance technical depth with people management and cross-functional alignment.
