Job Title: Business Development Professional
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to manage and grow our existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Sales and Revenue: Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets, drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, and negotiate and close deals while managing the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and customer onboarding.

Qualifications and Skills:
* A proven track record of sales success, preferably in the software industry.
* Experience with long sales cycles, public tenders, and request for proposals.
* A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, enterprise IT environments, open source software, API management, and IAM technologies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
* Native fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.
