This role involves inspecting work daily, providing coaching and guidance to team members to achieve excellence, and ensuring that all shipped work meets the highest standards.

* Hands-on skills: Develop and refine logos, fix layouts, improve visual hierarchy personally
* Production experience: Worked in fast-paced environments where volume mattered—agencies, e-commerce, high-output teams
Requirements
* 5+ years in visual design with a portfolio demonstrating refined taste and expertise
* 2+ years leading or managing a design team with a proven track record of success
* Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi, Gutenberg)
