The Change & Productivity Manager is tasked with spearheading initiatives that drive organizational transformation and optimize operational efficiencies. Within a big internet platform company, this role plays a pivotal part in evolving business processes to maintain a competitive edge.
You Have:
* Portuguese level (native or bilingual).
* English Level (C1+).
* Spanish (desirable).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
* Extensive experience in change management and operational strategy within a large organization.
* A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a track record of successful change initiatives.
* Superior communication skills, able to articulate change strategies and benefits to diverse audiences.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field;
advanced degree preferred.
You Will:
* Lead and manage change management processes across multiple departments to streamline operations.
* Develop and implement productivity-enhancing strategies that align with organizational goals.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and removing obstacles to productivity.
* Collaborate with leadership and teams to support and guide them through transitions and changes.
* Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and continuously refine approaches based on feedback and data.
