This role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights that improve user experience, conversions, and recurring revenue.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the impact of personalization initiatives on key user and business metricsDeliver actionable insights from affiliate performance data to drive conversion and revenue growthLead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize affiliate offers, landing pages, and user journeysDevelop customer segmentation and attribution models to evaluate campaign effectivenessBuild and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Data Studio, or similar toolsPartner with Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to improve funnel performance and affiliate strategyRequirements6+ years of experience in data analyticsStrong proficiency in SQL and advanced analytics using Python or RExperience with A/B testing, personalization, and experimentationHands-on experience with affiliate marketing analyticsExpertise with data platforms such as BigQuery, AWS Athena, or AWS GlueStrong communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
