Lead Product Designer
A seasoned product leader is needed to spearhead the design of end-to-end products, encompassing discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of user-centered design principles for B2B software, a proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade digital products, and experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders in the cybersecurity and SaaS sectors.
* Drive end-to-end product design processes
* Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products
* Conduct user research and usability testing
* Maintain design systems and UI libraries
* Mentor junior designers
Requirements:
* Fluency in English
* Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software
* Expertise with design tools like Figma and FigJam
* Sound understanding of user flows and interaction design
* Experience working in agile development environments
Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
* Direct experience designing for cybersecurity platforms
