Key Role: Technical Product Delivery Manager for SaaS
This role plays a pivotal part in our organization, ensuring seamless execution of the product roadmap. As a senior hybrid manager, you will be responsible for driving the delivery process, working closely with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to guarantee timely and structured outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and coordinating day-to-day product development processes
* Facilitating planning meetings, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews
* Translating product ideas into structured development-ready tasks
* Drafting and refining feature briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria
* Tracking progress across sprints and proactively identifying and resolving delivery issues
* Maintaining task boards and ensuring relevant documentation is kept current and clear
* Communicating with internal stakeholders to clarify priorities and requirements
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in project management within a software team
* 3+ years of experience in product management within a software team
* Experience working closely with developers and understanding the rhythms of SaaS product delivery
* Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Capacity to bring clarity and structure to complex product work
