Project Director Role
This position involves collaboration with key stakeholders and business partners to define project scope, interpret requirements and priorities, and lead modernization and transformation of systems.
* Drive strategic project management decisions and long-term vision.
* Analyze divisional business needs and translate them into technical deliverables organized as Executive Milestones (In/Out of Scope).
* Develop expert knowledge of platform systems and help define 'To Be' system solutions and flows.
* Understand infrastructure requirements and deployment of solutions for OnPrem and Cloud Computing service models.
Responsibilities:
* Manage financials, resources and schedules to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Define and provide Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and metrics for assigned projects.
* Interact closely with stakeholders, vendors and executive management to facilitate effective communication.
* Troubleshoot complex issues or lead the troubleshooting process.
Requirements:
* Advanced English language skills are mandatory.
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and solid experience in Project Management is required.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are highly desirable.
