Airswift is seeking a Surf Cost Controller to work on an outsourced contract (9 months), in Rio de Janeiro, with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Job Responsibilities
Establish and maintain accounting structures in SAP.
Establish the project's work program and annual budget.
Establish and maintain the authorization matrix.
Support the Cost Control Leader with project accounting.
Prepare SAP financial reports.
Support the preparation of monthly reports.
Ensure contract/study accounting. Ensure invoice management
Support the update of the Manpower Projection Plan (MPP)
Participate in the biannual updates of the CCE Baseline
Ensure that accounts and financial management are carried out in accordance with the company's requirements, guidelines, and accounting principles
Coordinate contributions to the monthly Cash Call and accruals
Advise Project Management on financial and commercial matters
Coordinate contributions to the SSB (Statistisk Sentral Byrå)
Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and coordinated and efficient work processes within the project, controllers, and other relevant functions
Job Qualifications
* Experience as a financial analyst
* Intermediate to advanced English is required
* Experience with cost analysis, budgeting, and monthly closing
* Previous experience with SAP preferred
