This role is focused on dashboards, KPI tracking, reporting consistency, metric definitions, and turning business questions into clear, actionable insights.You will work closely with leadership, operations, product, and engineering to make data easier to understand, easier to trust, and more useful in day-to-day decision-making.ResponsibilitiesOwn dashboards, recurring reports, and KPI tracking across core business areasBuild and maintain reporting that gives teams clear visibility into fraud, chargebacks, disputes, alerts, and operational performanceWrite and optimize SQL for reporting, analysis, and data validationDefine, document, and improve business metrics so teams are working from consistent numbersAnalyze trends, anomalies, and performance changes across key datasetsPartner with stakeholders to translate business questions into practical reporting and analysisImprove the usability, accuracy, and trustworthiness of existing reports and dashboardsIdentify reporting gaps, data inconsistencies, and metric definition issuesCreate clear visualizations and present findings in a business-friendly waySupport self-service reporting and help teams use data more effectivelyRequirementsStrong SQL skillsExperience building and maintaining dashboards and recurring business reportingStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate ambiguous business questions into clear metrics, reporting, and analysisExperience working with production data and validating reporting accuracyStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience defining and maintaining KPIs or business metricsComfortable working in a remote environmentAble to pass a background checkPreferredExperience with fraud, payments, chargebacks, disputes, risk, or other operational dataExperience with BI and visualization toolsExperience working with large datasets in a business reporting environmentExperience with AWS-based data environmentsBasic Python skills for ad hoc analysis or validationExperience with ClickHouse or similar analytical databasesFamiliarity with data warehouse or reporting-layer conceptsHow to ApplyPlease send your resume in English.
