Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting tasks (AP/AR, expense reimbursement, bank reconciliation).
Prepare monthly financial statements (in compliance with Brazilian accounting standards).
Handle tax filings (e.g., IRPJ/CSLL/PIS/COFINS).
Manage employee payroll.
Process social security (INSS), personal tax declarations, payments, and related administration (mandatory).
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/management, familiarity with Brazilian tax laws (preferred).
Experience: 3+ years in finance roles, must have experience with social security and personal tax filings.
Skills: Experience with financial software.
Proficient in English for work communication (required for HQ coordination), Chinese proficiency preferred.
