About the Role:
* We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with restaurants willing to collaborate with us.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist partner restaurants in setting up online delivery stores on our platform and provide training for managing their online business operations.
* Offer professional solutions for merchants' takeout business operations, assist merchants in increasing their turnover, and achieve win-win cooperation.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with partner restaurants to maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with various departments to resolve daily inquiries.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English, Portuguese as working languages; basic English reading and writing skills required, along with proficiency in using office software.
* Strong business negotiation and market development skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and drive business partnerships.
* Honesty, integrity, excellent communication, execution, and collaboration skills, as well as a strong sense of teamwork.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a willingness to take on challenges with an altruistic mindset.
* Primarily involves on-site visits to negotiate and provide services directly to merchants.
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience in sales or merchant services, especially as an Account Manager (AM) or Business Development (BD) professional in e-commerce or food delivery platforms.
* Fluent in English, Portuguese (spoken and written).
