Our office is a mix of both Escrow.Com and Freelancer.Com staff. You'll be providing customer service and speaking with businesses from around the world and guiding them through the process of using our site and completing transactions. We are looking for a passionate individual who knows how to provide great customer support and loves contributing to clients' growth.You'll be interacting with users on a daily basis but you will also get a chance to reach out to the community, helping to onboard new users and spreading the word about our awesome platform. A go-getter attitude will be key to succeed in this exciting role.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management - Provide great customer service at all times, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests, and providing customized solutionsProduct Knowledge and Communication - Stay up-to-date with Escrow.Com's products and services, educating users by effectively articulating complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical usersAccount Growth - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base, develop account growth strategies, and achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned accountsIssue Resolution - Identify transaction blockers and assist in unblocking them, working with internal teams to resolve any problems or disputes to the satisfaction of the client.
