Financial Expert Job
We seek an experienced accounting professional to fill a senior position in Financial Reporting. This role is suitable for individuals with expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and technical accounting matters.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide complex financial advisory services including conversions, statement preparation, and transaction analysis.
2. Support engagements related to financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policy implementations.
3. Assist CFOs, Controllers, and Finance teams with regulatory compliance, GAAP conversions, and new standards implementation.
4. Conduct research on technical issues and provide best practice recommendations.
5. Support M&A transactions by assisting purchase accounting, due diligence, and post-merger reporting.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
7. Mentor junior professionals ensuring quality service delivery and knowledge sharing.
