The Channel and Franchise Insights team team is responsible of ensuring a holistic, networked and evergreen understanding of the full OU landscape to localize global ?Where to play? definition. The goal of the team is to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities at local level by connecting multiple data sources (agency research, industry financial reporting, syndicated data, global best-practices, continuous tracking data and reports, etc.). What You?ll Do for Us: Frame key business opportunities based on fact-based and future-driven understanding of channel dynamics to support Commercial and Customer Leadership function to in building bold LRP/ABP plans and Customer RFPs. Shopper Insights in Human Insights function will be a key partner in this objective. Be the key partner of Strategy Franchise Integration Teams to ensure visibility and deployment at Zone level of the insights generated across the network (LA OU functions/Global/ Platform Services/Other OUs) and ensuring the granularity and scope to support the localization of strategic projects focused on the acceleration of business and market share performance. Co-lead with other function Insights areas (Human Insights, Finance Insights, Digital Insights, Platform Services) and with Strategy Franchise Integration LATAM Insights Roadmap, including the coordination of the ABP insights plan and budget management As a people leader the role will be also accountable of: Ensuring MI&A effectiveness across the organization by bringing clarity on objectives, removing obstacles to drive team performance and engagement. Build strong enterprise leadership to unlock the network power by partnering with other Strategy/Insights teams to sharpen MI&A team role and to facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications & Requirements: 8 years of Business and/or functional experience in Strategy/Planning/RGM/Commercial research. Previous consultancy experience as a plus Proven trajectory as leader of others and collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers (Commercial/Marketing/Franchise/Finance). Required mastery of: Problem framing and problem-solving capabilities to better direct research and analysis requirement. Strategic thinking around industry and competitive assessment. Understanding of the different sources of data required to drive choices and solutions to the business. Intermediate to advance analytics foundations to read, interpret and challenge different analytical tools Ability to integrating different pieces to identify noise from signals in a saturated data environment. Ability to converge contextual data from multiple countries into an OU-specific perspective without losing the power of local insights.
