Senior Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our Management team and contribute to the success of various projects globally.

* Develop project forecasts, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Implement agile methodologies for project management, ensuring compliance with established processes.
* Collaborate with HRBP to apply consistent HR policies across teams.
* Verify project viability, prepare budgets, and allocate necessary resources.
* Identify and manage risks to ensure project milestones are met.

Key requirements for this role include:

* 4+ years of experience in managing software outsourcing projects (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets).
* Strong customer orientation and budget management skills.
* Experience with Agile Methodology and strong communication skills.
* Previous experience as a Software Engineer and advanced English level.
* Relevant education in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
