Mechanical Engineer EducationBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.Mandatory Requirements- Experience in automotive product development;- Experience in CAD tools (NX is preferable) and Siemens Teamcenter integration; - Knowledge of CAE (FEA, Flowtherm, Moldflow);-Knowledge of mechanical components, devices, and injection mold development;- Advanced English (Constant meetings with cross functional areas in other locations - Europe, Asia, America and etc.);- (On-site - Based in Campinas)Differencial Skillset- Experience with automotive Harness background - Skillsets and experience in - Designing vehicle wiring and harnesses assemblies, with knowledge of harness manufacture, harness assembly and harness installation in OEMJob Responsibilities- Define concepts and technical specifications for new products and updates, ensuring technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and quality;- Develop and implement mechanical solutions in products and processes, considering deadlines, cost, and performance;- Research and propose new technologies, concepts, and production devices in collaboration with the engineering team;- Oversee homologation and validation tests, analyzing failures and suggesting continuous improvements;- Monitor industry trends and contribute to innovation projects and new product development.
