Key IT Recruitment Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and maintaining a talent pipeline.
Main Responsibilities
* Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer negotiations.
* Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to comprehend technical requirements, define job descriptions, and deliver qualified talent within agreed timelines.
* Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other innovative channels.
* Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and language proficiency.
* Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, providing feedback to candidates and ensuring a smooth process.
* Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of qualified IT professionals for current and future roles.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles and technologies (e.g., Infrastructure, CyberSecurity, Software Development, QA, DevOps, etc.).
* ATS Expertise: Hands-on experience using ATS software to manage recruitment processes.
* Agency Process Management: Proven experience handling agency partnerships, SLAs, and candidate submissions.
* Language: Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
* Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
* Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of labor market trends in Brazil ideally LATAM and global IT recruitment.
* Experience recruiting for multiple regions or time zones.
