We focus not only on production, but also on animal welfare, social development, and sustainable consumption within our communities.What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?Lead production processes of the Chicken Slaughterhouse, managing production supervisorsMonitor raw material and finished product qualityConduct studies to improve speed, quality, efficiency, cost, and team dynamicsSupport decision-making for corrective and preventive actions, and guide non-conformity reportingParticipate in Process Productivity Meetings, analyze underperforming indicators, and define action plansTrack performance reports to identify and sustain positive trends, resolve deviations, prepare and follow up on action plansEnsure compliance with quality standards and procedures, report any food safety issuesManage material flows and equipment utilization, and monitor material ordersEnsure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, Halal, Legal, and Customer requirementsWhat kind of profile are we looking for?Min. 5 years of experience in the food industryBachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Veterinary Science, Production Engineering or a related areaPrior experience in a further processing plant or a slaughterhouse (highly desirable)Expertise in food safety, food technology, ISO HACCP and HSE standardsPrior experience in production planning and forecastingFamiliarity with technical metrics such as yield, productivity, and efficiencyUnderstanding of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)Based in Bandırma or willing to relocateFlexibility to work alternative production hours (if needed)What competencies are key to this role?Strong work ethic, proactivity and commitment to excellenceHigh level of professional integritySolid communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organizationAbility to work under pressureWhat can you expect from Banvit BRF?Being part of a global, collaborative and dynamic working environmentStrong corporate culture with commitments to customers, employees & environment we serveVertical, horizontal, and cross-functional growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation packageStay tuned on our Website to be aware about all the job opportunities we have!
