Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Product Leader to spearhead the implementation of innovative Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms across LATAM markets.
This role demands exceptional collaboration skills, ensuring seamless communication between marketing teams and technical delivery groups to translate business needs into actionable features.
Main Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will own and prioritize the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Develop clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria while maintaining comprehensive documentation in Confluence.
* Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet customer needs.
* Facilitate integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and ensure data governance best practices are adhered to.
* Foster agile ceremonies to guarantee timely, value-driven delivery.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in marketing tech or CRM.
* Profound understanding of Agile methodology and sprint management principles.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is an asset.
