You'll have a pivotal role in crafting and implementing intricate IT systems for large-scale clients.
You will collaborate closely with modern infrastructure technologies, interact effectively with internal engineering teams, and provide expert guidance to assist organizations in optimizing their IT environments.
* Design, configure, install, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Engage with clients to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver bespoke business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining open communication and documentation.
* Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Key Requirements
* 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
