Company Description Fully remote, Singapore-founded video game & esports marketing company 50+ team members across 10+ countries 10+ years in video game content and creator partnerships Clients include PUBG Mobile, Honor of Kings, Delta Force Remote-first, global, and diverse work cultureResponsibilities Manage and engage a network of video game content creators across Brazil Answer program rules, guidelines, and day-to-day creator questions Communicate campaign updates and key information clearly and on time Recruit, onboard, and support creators in ongoing programs Track deliverables and monitor campaign progress Organize creator activities, community events, or online activations Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams Localize campaign briefs and creator-facing communications from English into PT-BRRequirements Fluent Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken) — most of your daily creator communication will be in PT-BR Strong English (written and spoken) — our internal working language is English Strong sense of responsibility and ownership; reliable, responsive, and consistent in day-to-day communication You play mobile games regularly, ideally mobile shooter / battle royale titles (PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Call of Duty Mobile, Delta Force Mobile, Fortnite Mobile) — you understand the meta and the creator culture Strong communication and coordination skills (written and spoken) Well-organized and comfortable working in a remote environment Available to work within Brazil business hours (timezone overlap with our creator base)Nice to Have Any prior experience in creator, community, influencer, social media, or customer-facing work Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Kwai creator ecosystems Existing relationships with Brazilian gaming creators Spanish as a second language
