Regulatory Research Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Research Expert to contribute to our global compliance research team.
The role involves researching and tracking global trade regulations – primarily across LATAM and North America – and providing insights that help keep SAP GTS systems up to date for clients.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Stay up-to-date with legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts.
* Monitor global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements across jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, LATAM, etc.).
* Analyze and document new or amended legislation in an internal repository with high accuracy and clarity.
* Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes when required.
* E nsure research and documentation meet ISO process standards .
