We are seeking an experienced Agile delivery leader to drive Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) project success. As a seasoned Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals
* Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope
* Identify and remove impediments (dependencies, environments, test data, approvals)
