Dutch Recruiter Opportunity
* We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the Netherlands market.
* The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and have prior experience in recruitment, preferably agency or in-house.
About the Role
As a Dutch-speaking Recruiter based in Brazil, you will support recruitment operations for our Dutch clients. You will source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various channels and coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
2. Source and engage high-quality candidates who meet our clients' requirements.
3. Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
4. Ensure a seamless hiring delivery by collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Dutch – excellent written and spoken skills are a must.
* Prior experience in recruitment is preferred.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, remote setup.
